Welcome to our glamping FAQ guide! We’re excited to have you here, and we understand that planning your dream glamping getaway can come with a few questions. This page is designed to provide hosts and those of you booking with all the essential information you need to navigate our user-friendly booking system and make your glamping experience extraordinary. Whether you’re curious about the booking process, accommodation options, or any other details, we’ve got you covered. 

Common Questions for Hosts

Yes absolutely. You can take advantage of our iCal sync feature to easily manage booking accross multiple platforms.

Yes, you may make as many listings as you like. 

We take a 10% commission for providing such an awesome service, this comes from your balance automatically and is visible in your dashboard. You can increase your nightly prices to cover this fee if desired. 

Our hosts are paid out on the check-in date of any booking. This allows us to manage cancellations easier and keep everything ticking like clock work!

It is important that you add which cancellation policy you prefer, and outline your policy clearly. If a host cancels, it’ll ultimately be up to you to organise refunds etc directly with the customer.

If your client wants a refund, they need to speak with you directly to organise this. We will payout any funds requested by you as per our Payout schedule, but you will need to arrange refunds as per your own refund policy as outlined in your listing rules and policies.

Booking Questions

We recommend messaging your host in order to discuss any changes at this stage. Alternatively, you can cancel the request and make a new request with the desired criteria.

You can cancel a request by heading to your bookings area and clicking ‘actions’. Then select ‘cancel’

In your bookings / reservation area of the dashboard, you will see a list of reservations you have made. Here you will be able to see the ‘status’ of each. Also, you will receive emails any time the status changes.

If your stay has ‘instant book’ chosen, then you will pay upon booking. Otherwise you will need to request to stay, and if accepted, you will pay once the status has been set to accepted.
